一种用于高性能水基系统的独特的超低VOC、低泡沫、非离子润湿剂。特点是当用于涂料、油墨、 胶粘剂体系， 不仅可降低平衡和动态表面张力， 还能够显著改善流动性和流平性， 604表面活性剂很容 易进入难以润湿的底物表面而设计的系统中， 获得理想的高性能。是氟碳表面活性剂和硅酮表面活性剂 的优良的替代者， 不会产生有关泡沫、涂层间附着或再涂性的问题， 也不会存在常与含氟化学品有关的 环境问题。

 The characteristic is that when used in coatings, inks, and adhesive systems, it can not only reduce
 equilibrium and dynamic surface tension, but also significantly improve flowability  and  leveling.
 604  surfactants  are  easily  incorporated  into  systems  designed  for difficult to wet substrate surfaces,
achieving ideal high performance. It is an excellent substitute for fluorocarbon surfactant and silicone
surfactant, and will not cause problems related to foam, adhesion  or   recoating   between   coatings, 
 or   environmental   problems   often   related  to fluorinated chemicals.
